Furry Friends are welcome! Canyon Oaks Apartments were designed for you- and your furry companion. Step outside your door to enjoy our off-leash pet park, or bring your pet by the leasing office to say hello and enjoy a treat! We are pleased to allow up to 2 pets per apartment, over 1 year of age. Pet rent in the amount of $50 per pet monthly, and with a pet deposit of $500. No animal offspring and/or breeding are allowed. Fish must be housed in an aquarium with no larger than a 2 gallon capacity. Livestock animals are not permitted. Unfortunately, we cannot accept the following breeds (or mix of) at Canyon Oaks Apartments: Akita; Alaskan Malamute; American Staffordshire Terrier; American Pitt Bull Terrier; Bull Terrier; Chow Chow; Doberman Pinscher; Mastiff (any); Presa Canario; Rottweiler; Siberian Husky; Wolf Hybrids; or any pets with bad temperament, aggressive behaviors or a history of biting and/or attacks, which may include small pets, regardless of breed.
